Can SudoKai help me solve Sudoku games?
Yes, but please note that the current SudoKai Solver is still a work in progress. Future versions of SudoKai will see better solving techniques being introduced.
Does SudoKai come with a generator?
I have included an experimental Sudoku puzzle generator in SudoKai v3.0
Why does SudoKai for Windows have a solver, but the Android version does not?
The windows version have been developed using Delphi 5 and the Android version with the SDK (Eclipse) tools. Thus I had to convert Object Pascal over to C/Java/Android code. Because of the conversion many coding differences crept in. One of them being that I could no longer reference or pass data using Pointers.
Additionally, my SudoKai Delphi code is neat and tidy, but converting it over to Android it becomes dirty and virtually impossible to maintain/follow. I really do miss "With" statement functionality.
What happened to the Sudoku Layout Manager/Builder?
This will hopefully be re-released with future versions of SudoKai - and although I would Love for people to design their own Sudoku Layouts and games, the current version is not user friendly and there are many areas that needs work done.
Why can't I save games?
Many things are still to be incorporated into SudoKai and the internal data structures sometimes changes and things get moved around. But once I am certain that there will no longer be any major data restructuring then the Save feature will be made available.

Why can't I load SudoKai v2.x games/files?
Basically for the same reason given to: Why can't I save games?
2015-03-08 :: *.sk2 files can now be loaded with v3.1
Why is SudoKai not free any more?
To be honest - I need resources to take SudoKai to the next level and currently I do not have the financial resources to do that. Things I would Love to do include exporting SudoKai to multiple Smart Phones and Operating Systems.
Why do I get an "Unable to Generate a Valid Sudoku Game/Board" message?
Mainly because SudoKai v3.0 has an experimental Sudoku puzzle generator which I am working on all on my ACE. Just press the generator button again to try once more.

Again, SudoKai v3.0 has an experimental Sudoku puzzle generator. Please also take note that some Sudoku games does take a while to generate as well as verifying a valid Sudoku puzzle. But if it seems to take way to long then close SudoKai and try again.

After you have obtained a SudoKai Registration Code, enter it into the fields provided. After this have been done, close SudoKai and run SudoKai again for the Registration Code to take effect.
